XF 1.4 Forcing HTTPS Question

On my board url setting, i have filled with "https" version of my forum.
But when i see the html source code. the base href still contains the "http" version.

Any idea why?

Base href still http, not changed to https..

The board URL doesn't control how you access the site. It's just the URL in emails. If you want to force SSL, you'll need to do it through something like .htaccess.
