Forcibly show rules upon Registration?

    As my Xenforo is a roleplay play-by-post forum, it's pretty easy to tell if someone hasn't read the rules from the get-go. Since converting to Xenforo, the skip-the-rules attitude has increased as when registering, the default is to just show a link to them rather than displaying them.

    Is there a way to make the rules/content (on a specified page, not the TOS page) show up before the name field?

    You can edit the template directly:

    Admin CP -> Appearance -> Templates -> register_form

    Or create a notice to match that content template:

    Admin CP -> Home -> Notices

    Is there a way to change the register from template globally across all skins even if some are not inheriting from others?
