Duplicate Force users to update new custom user fields

Hi,

It would be nice if a force user to complete any required custom user fields that may be added to the site after that particular member had registered.

I know we can create a notice but my plan was to set up a site in a way that one set of users has an almost completely different experience to another depending on their grouping.
