XF 2.1 Force Rewrite for redirect to https?

I installed an SSL Certificate and everything is working but for the forced redirect to https.

I did make a .htacces file with the correct code but it is not working. I do see the .htaccess the Xenforo has and I am wondering if I should use it to force a rewrite and if so I am not sure what I put in for the url.

Here is what I am talking about. The red xenforo what do I put there? The full address or just from the root to the index.php?


If you are having problems with the rewrite rules, remove the "#" from the
# line that begins "RewriteBase" below. You will also have to change the path
# of the rewrite to reflect the path to your XenForo installation.
RewriteBase /xenforo
