Dinner last night... back to being a good girl after the naughtiness of Easter/birthday/holiday

Salmon steak, baby tomatoes and celery braise, with basil on rocket.

Yes I do Oxy, well a Forum at least - I am using Bobsters Showcase as a recipe book, which is brilliant btw! I had a Wordpress blog, but I hate using it to post with.. ick! So hence the forum... :p

I am in the process of setting it up right now, as David said, I'm a slacker LOL naw, it's just taking a while, I have other commitments! But you know what, I might just tidy it up and open the doors pretty soon, as it could take me ages to do it the way I want, and several people have asked me for recipes in the last few days.

You might like this little treat I just had for lunch....

Cajun spiced fish salad with the low fat salsa verde and some hot hot sauce added to it (OMG soooo goood! seriously one of the best things I have eaten!)

Just finish the design you have now and open it up already :p.

Otherwise I'll end up making a design and it won't be nearly as colorful or graphical :p.

Thats what I am doing :p The theme was always going to be one of the simplest I have ever done in my life! But simple is hard >_< lol

I have total ADHD and OCD when it comes to work for myself :p
