Friday night is pizza night! Prawn, bacon, mushroom, tomato, topped with rocket and creamy chipotle sauce.

Today I spent the day practicing just one of the 3 different cakes we have to make from scratch in 5 hours for a practical assessment we have at College in a few weeks... realised that the buttercream quantities we are allowed won't fill/cover/decorate 2 x 23cm cakes :o got one done, but dodgy on the sides... luckily they are covered with praline crumb, the second one only got filled, not covered or decorated!

I now have 2 x this cake, one decorated - one not to get rid of LOL.. the kid was meant to take one to his friend's tonight, but he ran out without it.

Hey... if I have to resist eating it and it is RIGHT THERE in my FACE every time I open the fridge... I think you can cope :p
 
Good lord, Kim, where is your recipe's and learn2cook website? It's definitely needed now, specially since I don't take my time to do it well enough, with those good looking masterpieces, I'd definitely cook all day.
