Thank you for this...This is the recipe I use: http://uktv.co.uk/food/recipe/aid/516583
It's really quite simple once you have all the ingredients. At step 6, instead of pouring away the duck fat, I remove the duck breasts from the pan, throw in some par-boiled and par-roasted potatoes and toss them in the fat, then roast the potatoes for the remaining time it takes to do the glaze and rest the duck.
wooo glory, that sounds soooooo good!... I just made some slow cooked glazed fried chicken yesterday and after making some mash with some fresh russet spuds (scrubbed skins included) and proceeded to add some of the gooey oil with the crispy tidbits of chicken that had separated from the legs in place of adding the butter I usually use to potatoes. No salt.

Right now... about to eat some cider doughnut's that are coated in sugar (so bad yet so good) or a piece of some farm fresh apple pie

Just finished making some fresh Pesto.. OMG it is Orgasmic! Not going to use it on pasta though (although it would be great on your gnocchi) Going to make some Pesto bread.. like folded over pizza.
We are also going to have a Fish dish ...mmmmmmmm
Yummy yums!
Will post some pics later!

I will see them tomorrow as I'm feeling tired and want to try a normal sleep schedule and see how that fares. Maybe a breakfast which I haven't eaten in ....wow I can't remember. I'll be checking here AM style.
Great idea! Ok, I'm really hungry now...Thank you for this...

I could have sworn I posted in here before I went to bed LOL .. OK
Pesto Bread..... you need pesto (homemade is best, but if you CBA, just buy some) and some pizza/bread dough.
Thank you and me too but haven't even begun to think about food yet; I woke up late to the doorbell ringing. Thinking something grilled today...don't know what though yet. I'll be back shortly with some ideas or a pic.Great idea! Ok, I'm really hungry now...
I like the color, pesto sounds great, homemade anything even better than that. For the non seafood eater (myself) I would simply replace the fish with chicken for a marsala type of concoction. I like this meal +5 to you.![]()
