Duplicate Following/unfollowing someone really fast creates a server error + buggy alerts

Hello,

Just follow/unfollow someone fast. Let's say 30 seconds after a server error will occur AND you will have made the user alerts buggy (it will show to the user like 50 alerts pending, but when he will open it's alerts there will be only one).

I can reproduce this bug at xenforo.com, just ask @Brogan

So you are going to fix it ? Great I don't know if you knew how to reproduce but now you knows.
