Implemented Focus cursor in text field when opening smilies and giphy menus in the editor

The text colour, link insert, spoiler, image url insert and insert media all do this.

Seems inconsistent that this doesn't work on the smiley and gif buttons.

We went through the entirety of 2.1 without anyone commenting about the emoji button not autofocusing the search field as far as I can recall but I suspect that's because for the most part people probably wouldn't be searching for their favourite emoji by default.

But I agree this seems like a more natural expectation for GIFs and it would definitely be inconsistent to do one and not the other so
