Fluid width has unnecessary right margin?

    I have my style set to be fluid. With the width controller settings set to:
    "min-width: 900px;
    _width: 0 auto;
    _margin: 0 20px;"

    But for some reason when I look at a page you can scroll to the right and there is an unencessary margin. I want this style to be fluid and the header to go all the way across with even margins on each side.

    I included a screenshot below:

    I tried looking in the sidebar.css, and navigation.css for extra margins that might be causing it but couldn't. Anyone have a clue why its doing this?

    Tried it, but it still has the margin on the side. Any other ideas?

    I also just noticed it is only doing it on the index page(i.e the forum list page) and no other pages.

    Its not live right now. I am confirguring it on localhost. Its not a huge deal though, and I am hoping to go live within 48-72 hours, so I can always link to it then.
