Fixed flow.js is outdated

The bundled version 2.10.1 of flow.js seems really outdated, this version was released in January 2016 - way before even XenForo 2.0 Beta.

Unless there is a specific reason to stick with this old version:
Could this be updated to at least 2.11.2 as version 2.10.1 doesn't support event fileRemoved?

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.12).

Change log:

Update flow.js to the latest version, remove legacy FustyFlow for ancient IE fallback.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
