XF 2.1 Flickr pics in forum have less quality

Hello!

Sorry if the question has been already published, I have used the search option but I have not found it.

Well, I have a photographic forum and when I insert flickr's BB code all seems to be ok but the pic lose quality.

Any idea?

Can you provide an example and the underlying BB code that is being embedded?

If you're just embedding the image directly (either via a Flickr BB code media site or an image tag), then the image is being sourced from Flickr directly, so XF has no direct involvement in its display. If the image has been uploaded to your site, then it's possible it will have been resized and thus subject to compression based on your attachment settings (primarily dimension limits).

That's literally just an image coming from Flickr itself:

The image is resized to fit the space of the browser window, though that would really just be natural browser resizing, rather than something we're doing. So not really much to be done here.
