XF 1.2 FLA -->SWF --> HTML5, ad position in responsive design

I'm wondering if it's possible to adjust an ad that is currently shown in HTML5 to fit both the regular design and the responsive design (so the ad would adjust by the resolution of the display). As the title says, I have all the 3 formats, but HTML5 is what shown currently to the end user in order to support anti-flash devices (such as iPhones/iPads).

That's the problem, it's not an ad provider. It's an ad that I did few months ago for a company that advertises on my website.

It's really impossible to say what to do without dealing specifically with your ad. Responsive just modifies CSS, though there's nothing stopping you from using JS to modify more things.
