Find-and-replace post text sitewide

A forum member just changed their user name and we need to swap out the text in all posts forum wide that contain "old name" and then change it to "new name". (We've already made the membername, update cache changes.)

Is there an easy way to accomplish this, I'm assuming with PHPAdmin? If so, could someone provide step-by-step instructions how to do this? His name is very uncommon so it wouldn't be used anytime else on the forum, except for the content of forum posts.

Which of the above plug-ins would be best for the above request? If there's another one that's better, please let me know. Thanks in advance for the help, we don't want to mess up the forum but it's inconvenient to edit all of these posts by hand.
