I want to make sure I have my plan correct for converting over to XF.

I installed as many addons as I could. I installed the VB4 style.
I have a clean database of the XF system when I very first installed it (and the current database I am using to test it).

Here is my plan:

1. I will shut the VB site down to prevent more posts. The VB files are in public_html

2. Delete the current XF SQL database, rename the clean one to the current database name.

3. Delete the archive lock file.

4. Make a fresh import of the threads, posts, and photo gallery.

5. Archive the VB files (or move them to my computer to save server space) to clean the public_html area.

6. Move the XF files to the H-M site location, public_htm

Did I miss anything?

1. I will shut the VB site down to prevent more posts. The VB files are in public_html

2. Backup MySQL database and the Home site files (public_html)

3. Delete the current XF SQL database, rename the clean one to the current database name.
Or drop all of the tables from the database and import the clean master backup.
Then delete the attachments and avatar directories from the data directory and the attachments directory from the internal_data directory.

4. Delete the archive lock file.

5. Make a fresh import of the threads, posts, and photo gallery.

6. Archive the VB files (or move them to my computer to save server space) to clean the public_html area.

7. Move the XF files to the H-M site location, public_htm
