Lack of interest Filter on the Server Error Logs page?

When I'm trying to find when a particular server error started happening, and we have hundreds of pages of different types of server errors (like we always do), it would be handy to be able to filter the ones I'm interested in.
So I'd like to have the standard XF filter text box work on the server error logs page, please.

Do you leave all server errors in the log or remove them once they've been checked out? If the latter then that's a lot of error messages suddenly appearing.

No I tend to not look at it from one week to the next and take for granted that there will be errors.
A fair few are from our editorial system, and the most common other ones are deadlocks.
