XF 2.1 File with unexpected contents

Working with a newer 2.1 install (not an upgrade from 1.5) and since the install I've had a file with unexpected contents:

src/vendor/zendframework/zend-validator/phpcs.xml

I've tried re-uploading all core files. It's running the latest version of XF and ensured the board URL matches the one on file with XF. I'd really like to have my ACP clean of messages, and this is the only one.

Try downloading the zip archive from your customer account again and extracting and uploading just that file.

Ensure the existing one on the server is overwritten.

It worked this time, of course it did.... I wonder if maybe the last time I had the board URL wrong on XF when I downloaded the core files.

Downloading the files from another license won't have caused that - it appears to just have been a corrupt file.
