XF 2.1 File Heath Check Results Error

I went through and optimized all of the images in Xenforo, and reduced the total size of many of the images by up to 70% without losing any quality using my WordPress plugin. This went super smooth and the forums and everything works great. But when I go into the Admin.php the FileChecker is saying that there are 167 files missing, though checking in my FTP those files are there. Is there any way to let XenForo know that the files are there they are just smaller now?

Looks like you altered core files, those errors are going to be there as long as the files aren't as expected.

That's lame, cause all I did is reduce the size of the .png files throughout the entire install

It's not lame, the file check is to make sure no core files are altered by hackers!

You're using the default style?

Right now I am, but eventually ill get a new style, and ill try optimizing that. I set it back to default.

I learned my lesson on this when I tried to replace the default logo with an image named exactly the same... The right way to do it is already built into the ACP, my ignorance didn't know that at the time.

How many kb were you saving, optimizing those images?

about 70% of the total file size, its not much for these files as they are already pretty optimized, but it saved about 300KB
