XF 2.3 File health check results have time error

There is a time error in the file health check results in XenForo. Let me give an example. In the first picture, the 3rd check is 10:28. In the second picture, the same check is 7:28. The correct one is 10:28. So why does the check in the second picture show 7:28?

On the file health check page it's BST (for me - it will be whatever your timezone is for you), on the ACP index page it's UTC.

I have set the time zone on my site to +3. Is there anything else I need to set?

There's nothing which needs to be done.

It's just a timestamp and doesn't affect anything.

There is no problem on the file health check page, the time zone is working as +3. The problem is on the admin home page. The time zone is working as 0 on the admin home page. But it should work as +3.
