XF 1.2 File Health Check error

So it seems to me my file health check is messed up. I receive a server error when i try to use it. how do i fix this issue?

You have a ragtek add-on installed with a name of IBU... Not sure what IBU stands for. You can never be sure. But disabling that will fix the problem.
