XF 2.0 File and folder owner permissions when upgrading CLI

Hi. We are planning an upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 and have to use the CLI method since the forum we run is very large.

Is there anything to be concerned about regarding file and folder permissions when doing the upgrade? I'm worried that some files and folders are owned by the user and some by apache.

Would it make any difference and is there any risk?

I don't believe there are any direct file system interactions within the 2.0 to 2.1 upgrade so it should be ok.
