Lack of interest Feeder should create threads with a post date the same as feed post date

At the moment the thread created by feeder will be posted at now(), instead it should be posted at whatever time the feeds modified_time is set to. Useful for bulk importing old feeds.

This isn't a bug, as it would potentially change the discoverability of the feed threads significantly. I will however move it to suggestions.
