Third party Feeder does not read encoded RSS feed

Hello,

I'm trying to load the following feed using the Feeder: https://arma3.com/loadDev?feed=rss

There, you'll see the tag:

<dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Petr Kol&aacute;ř</dc:creator>

However, Feeder doesn't allow this encoded element and spits out an error on preview:

Error message: DOMDocument cannot parse XML: Entity 'aacute' not defined

Roughly speaking, the feed isn't valid because the "aacute" entity isn't valid. You can see this here: https://arma3.com/loadDev?feed=rss

More specifically, these are the valid entities in basic XML: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_..._entity_references#Predefined_entities_in_XML Aacute is an HTML-specific one.

As such, this is really something that would need to be resolved by the source feed (by just using the UTF-8 version of the character).
