The favicon should be in the root of your domain.

It is not an option explicitly set in your ACP but rather a file in the root of your server named favicon.ico (though you could use HTML to specify a different file browsers normally look for favicon.ico automatically).

I got it.

Anyway, I am aware of Group permissions that I already put ribbon ranks for Administrators, Moderators, Registers, & Unregisters, however, is there possible to set set specific user (i.e- User A, User B only, not all register members) in specific premium members (i.e different ribbon png or something.....) ?

You can use a user ID template conditional for that, putting the user IDs in an array.

The easiest way though would be to create another group and add them to it.
