XF 2.3 Failed to save administrator password...

Hey all... i failed to save the password i randomly generated for my super administrator account as part of the installation process a few moments ago, and i dont have an option to reset my password. i then tried to go to my live forum itself and request a password reset that way, it says it sent an email, now twice, but still haven't received an email...

am i screwed?

i already had to FTP transfer the 13000+ install files twice today... hoping i dont need to for a third time

and i now, i am again, getting the "Your account has temporarily been locked due to failed login attempts"... -_-

Truncate the xf_login_attempt table to remove the lock from failed login attempts.
