I am getting this error in my admin control panel.

Not just this email a lot of others as well, is there a fix for this?
Some new users aren't getting the activation email is this why? Thanks.

I have even changed to gmail and hotmail and still get the same error.

1) Contact your host and ask them to increase the limit.
2) Stop sending so many emails.
3) Get a host with a bigger or unlimited rate.
