XF 1.5 facebook integration after changing password

I changed my password on facebook and since then can no longer use the facebook login.
Not able to find any information regarding getting it working again, anyone have some tips?

in trying to trouble shoot some issues with facebook api, i actually disassociated it before, trying now gives this message

An error occurred while connecting with Facebook. Please try again later.

if i test in acp i get
Facebook returned the following error: (#5) Unauthorized source IP address.

checked with blocked ip lists and the ip i use is fine.

within the facebook apps i even reset the key, entered the new one and still no go.
is there a config file that maybe i'm forgetting to update?

All I can find related to that is this:

The IP address from which you're trying to use the Facebook API from is blacklisted, because someone else using the same IP address has recently violated the Facebook API Terms of Service. Your only option is to obtain a different IP address to use with the Graph API.
