XF 2.1 Facebook connected account fails

I was just testing all my connected accounts (not sure why, just hadn't looked at them probably since I set them up a year ago). The Facebook connected account that was definitely working a year ago without issue when tested now returns this:

"An error occurred while connecting with Facebook. Please try again later."

Anyone else having issues?

The providers constantly change the requirements and processes.

CF devs have had to update the manual numerous times.

I went through the latest manual recommendations before posting. It appears my settings are the same as those suggested by the current manual. Although the manual doesn't mention most of the Facebook Login Settings (image in first post).

Thanks for the suggestions, ended up going back through all the settings and found the issue... of course it was my error
