XF 2.3 Extra user groups

I just merged an SMF to Xenforo and looking at user groups I see a lot of the SMF transferred over. Are they ok to delete and just them as registered users?

You can delete any user groups except the 4 core ones with IDs 1, 2, 3, and 4.
