Fixed ExtLoader when @imagePath is domain

I have set the @imagePath for my site to a CDN.

When loading CSS via ExtLoader (via AJAX), the @imagePath in the CSS is being returned wrong. Where example.com is my site, and example.org is the @imagePath domain, it would try to load something like http://example.com/http://example.org/default/xenforo/overlay/member-card.png

I have noticed this with certain core components as well as a few add-ons I've developed. I have reverted back to a relative path in the meantime.

Hmm. This issue is also on the BBCode help page.

When @imagePath is a domain, the IMG tag example is http://example.com/http://example.org/default/xenforo/avatar_s.png which results in a broken image.

I've fixed that part now as well.
