External Accounts Integration

I've seen a few threads on here regarding this already, but none have been answered. I have a custom site based on the Laravel framework with an existing user base. I'm looking for an SSO add-on or something similar that will allow me to integrate my database with XenForo. A user should automatically be signed in with their website account when visiting the forum.

I expect that I will have to make a custom solution since I haven't seen anything yet. Something like API Consumer would be perfect, but it's for two XenForo installations (as are most SSO or API projects).

Does something like this exist? Alternatively, is there a solution that provides linking of accounts similar to my case?
