XF 2.0 export build release contain all xml file?

Hi,
i just create a small addon with only some template modification on PAGE_CONTAINER template, previously with xF 2.0.2 version if iam run command php cmd.php xf-addon:build-release its only export one xml file like this:



now with xF 2.0.6 its export all xml file (totall 25 xml file) like this:



its as designed? cause iam only edit one template
