Fixed Expired user upgrades & Active user upgrades - Payment profile - N/A phrase

In Active user upgrades and Expired user upgrades, "N/A" phrase is harcoded instead of 'n_a' if payment profile is not available.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.1).

Change log:

Replace all hard-coded instances of N/A to the n_a phrase.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
