Exclude Unmaintained from Top Resources

Hi,

My suggestion for today is that the Top Resources widget has some cleanup perform to it by excluding Unmaintained Resources.

All of those are XF1 add-ons as well, so it may be worth just excluding XF1 entirely.

There are no filters for unmaintained so we've restricted it to all XF2 resources on the resource overview.

Individual categories will still show all top resources from that category.
