I need to exclude one node from my feed, how can I do it ?

I have all new threads published to twitter, but this node is the same content as my published news in homepage, so I can't have that being double.

In the node options (Admin CP > Application > Display Node Tree > Node > Forum Options

Untick the box: "Include threads from this forum when users click "What's New?"

That removes it from the rss feed ?

I want users to see that content in the whats new button, I don't want that threads in the rss feed.

    Any recommendation ?

If I disable the "Include threads from this forum when users click "What's New?" it will not show in RSS Feed ? Or that was a mistake by Chris ?
