Duplicate Every "Facebook" settings entered set correct and still getting error...

Hello,

I've read the Facebook Tutorial at XenFans.com, have checked all my settings twice and still getting an error that says:

HLXBans - HL & HL2 Finally Meet - Error

An error occurred while connecting with Facebook. Please try again later.

Feel free to brainstorm and come up with possible causes

In the last post of this thread you'll find that Mike helped me out with my facebook connect problems. What he did to fix mine would be in the next beta, so this may be a similar problem you're having.

Before Mike looked into mine, I attempted to get it to work many times without luck and I knew I had the settings correct. Come to find out it has something to do with my PHP not being able to handle https via sockets.

Please use the FB integration tester in the admin CP for more information. It's likely either an issue I've already resolved or a misconfiguration. That should give more detail.

Actually FB test only says "Error, cannot be opened" xD

I am not sure if I remember correctly that is what mine said.. so after the next release of xF you might be good to go..
