I'm using NOD32 (that's the product, ESET is the company) for years, and I'm selling it to my customers. Neither I nor my customers had any problems over the years with infections of any kind.
The memory and CPU footprint is quite small, installation is done in a few minutes (I helped people to install Norton about two years ago, the first PC took 45 minutes just to give a comparison), management in company networks quite easy (when using the company products > 5 PCs).
People using AVAST or any other anti-virus software will give you comparable statements.
