XF 2.2 Errors installing 2.2.9 with PHP 7.4.29

I am attempting to do a 100% fresh, brand new install, and I am getting this error, tho I am not seeing that file structure in my site. /src seems to be at perms 755. Unsure what's going on.

Will do, might take a few mins to change for all files since I'm using free version of Filezilla.

Nope... still doing it @Brogan - I chmodded 777 for both those directories and all sub-files. then Ctrl F5'ed and its showing the same error, hmm.

Edit: Had to also do 777 to /install as well. Now it seems to be working. Should I revert them back to 755 afterwards?

XF installed properly but I can't install addons now, I'm a bit confused as to why I'm having all these difficulties. It wouldn't be because a friend and I transferred licenses to each other right?

I did add $config['enableAddOnArchiveInstaller'] = true; to my config.php but it still is giving me this:


Edit: Finally fixed, had to edit yet ANOTHER directory to 777.
