If they are occurring constantly, there may be internal issues with your server. If you look in your server logs, can you see this happening a lot?

Only Errors That I Have are The Errors Where My Members Can't Upload Avatars Still for Some Unknown reason.

Are you running any avatar specific add-on or code modifications? (like something for minecraft, etc)?

No sir i am not. I am still waiting on my host to contact me so i can try what Mike suggested above. thank you for taking the time to help
