XF 2.0 Error when entering Admin Control Panel

Hi,

I am getting the following error dialog box when trying to enter the Admin Control Panel :-

Re-trying will get me in, but the Admin Control Panel shows only a limited number of options as follows:-

Content - no submenus
Tools - Test outbound email, Test image proxy, File Health Check.

Hmm my user1 (admin) was set back to a normal member. I will roll-back to the XF1.5.16 database and retry the upgrade.
