XF 1.5 Error permissions again...

Hello, I've installed a new Addon but I get this error in the error log:

ErrorException: mkdir(): Permission denied - library/XenForo/Helper/File.php:72

The error is of permissions, but I don't know what permission is.

The folders what stay inside of "/var/www/html/website/" have a chown apache:apache but the folder "html" and "website" have a chown root:root, could that be this?

The add-on was not allowed to create a new folder in your website directory.
I recommend to contact the author of the add-on for help.
