MG 2.0 Error on one video media after upgrading to XF 2.0.4

I did a migration test on my site from latest 1.5x to 2.0.4 and only one of the videos show this error "NO compatible source was found for this media".I have dozens of video clips uploaded of the same format mp4 and only this one got this error.

I've had a look at your XF1 site and I think the video that's missing is certainly playable there.

If there was a process to copy your live site to a different place on the server or another server, it has been known that sometimes certain files fail copying or their permissions get changed or similar.

It's probably best to ascertain the file is on the server first.

On your XF1 site, it looks like the original file is in this path:
data/xengallery_videos/35/35880-86431446c4f92a3f99a788b380f5189d.mp4

In XF2 there should be:
data/xfmg/videos/35/35880-86431446c4f92a3f99a788b380f5189d.mp4

If that file isn't there in XF2, just copy it from your live site to the new path in XF2.

You are correct @Chris D the file was missing on XF2. Fyi, the path on XF2 is video, not videos.
I copied it over, redo the cache rebuilt, restart server and it still does not show.

Anything else I should do?

I changed file permission to 777, ownership to match other videos.
Same result.

I did the migration test on another server in the past and the same issue with this particular file as well.
