XF 2.2 Error: Invalid business or receiver_email.

Hey, I changed my paypal email address that was tied to subscriptions. Receiving error 'Error: Invalid business or receiver_email.'

Do I need to cancel all subscriptions in PayPal manually and then everyone signs up again? Not sure exact way to cleanup/fix this issue.

Enter the old address in the PayPal Alternate Accounts option.

k but is that fine even if that paypal address no longer exists?

As long as it’s still sending the IPN notifications (which it seems to be if you’re getting that error), it should work. It’ll just accept notifications for that email address instead of just the main one.

ok got it, I readded the old in that section. Also for safety I readded that old email address to my paypal profile. So the paypal should work with either the new one or the old anyway now. Appreciate the help
