Error in SQL syntax

I'm getting an error when creating a table.

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'UNSIGNED NOT NULL , `timestamp` INT(10) UNSIGNED NOT NULL , `username` VARCHAR' at line 1

Could someone help me figure this out? Thank you

Unsigned varchars are not a thing, hence the error.
