XF 2.0 Error importing new language

Just upgraded to 2.0.2 and afte rtrying to import a language that worked in 2.0.1 I get the following error

There are no logs in the admin panel log place.

I'm guessing a 403 forbidden error, possibly due to mod security (or similar) on the server.

How did you solve the problem with language import? I have the same error (413) file too large, but I have
upload_max_filesize = 600M in php.ini and client_max_body_size 10M; in nginx config.

Lang file = 1.5MB



Edit:

It's a bit weird, but clearing the cache in the Chrome browser solved this issue.
Now everything is working like a charm, the language has been imported
