XF 1.2 Error after upgrade

Upgraded my testbed to 1.2 successfully, navigated to the ACP and the forums without a problem, then logged out. Went to log back in and after doing so, I now get this error on the forum side:

Fatal error: Class 'XenResource_ReportHandler_Rating' not found in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/forum/library/XenForo/Model/Report.php on line 775

I can get to the ACP, however.

Try re-uploading the files for the Resource Manager.

Those are old. But if you are interested, here are some possible fixes for the "prepared statement" error:

And max_allowed_packet is simply a MySQL setting that can be increased. Contact your host.

Thanks Jake, this is on my localhost so I'll check my settings.
