XF 1.2 Error after 1.2.2 Upgrade

I've downloaded the 1.2.2 upgrade files (upgrading from 1.2.1) and uploaded as instructed. After typing in the install URL, I can access the inactive site but am unable to login as a user or admin. When I do try and access the admin section, I get a message saying "The board is currently waiting to be upgraded. Please complete the upgrade."

Could this be from installing while the board was inactive?

You need to run the upgrade, uploading the files isn't enough (From what I'm reading, it sounds like you haven't run the upgrade).

I tried that via the the install URL - I get a simple error message:

"Error - The requested page could not be found.
note on my main page."

I would try reuploading all the files again.

You quoted the "complete the upgrade" link in your first post.

I take that back, when I try to login via admin, I do see it. Once I click the "complete the upgrade link, I get that "error" message I mentioned above.

try downloading the full package instead of just the upgrade one and see what that does.

Will that overwrite my custom files and layout?

The full .zip shouldn't be used for upgrading.
