Error 500 for ACP and threads

I have a problem that I really hope someone can help with. I can see the main page, but if I try to enter a thread I receive an Error 500. Most worrying, I can get access to the ACP. I receive the same error. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Try disabling add-ons in your configuration:

$config['enableListeners'] = false;

Have you installed any add-ons recently?

Yep, in config.php.

If that doesn't work by disabling add-ons, it's likely a server issue. Perhaps misconfigured .htaccess?

Thanks for the help, but it didn't seem to work. I managed to recover everything from my daily back-up, though, and it all seems to be working now. I'll have to see if I can find the problem though, in case it happens again.
