Enormous problems reaching xenforo.com

With this it works, strange:)
Something is blocked somewhere to your computer on your place.
Make some temporary changes:
Is it your browser? Change it.(Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
Firewall, Antivirus? Switch it off.
Modem-router? Borrow one.
Computer? Borrow a laptop.

Yeah it's the same.
I have allready tried this with the manual from google.
Do you know how to get a new ip from telenet perhaps?

If you are using router of some kind, you might want to first try to release your current IP via router's configuration (Attached a pic of my router config as an example) and then keep the modem turned overnight. That's what I did when I was having problems and I was able to get a new ip, after that everything has been working smoothly.

Like I said before, all the symptoms you are having are exactly same as I had: Xenforo.com wouldn't load up correctly when using my vdsl connection (tested with mobile and laptop), but worked fine when using mobile 3g connection.I tried changing DNS, rebooting router and all kinds of tricks I could think of, but the thing that finally helped in the end was getting a new IP. Hopefully that will work for you too!

It isn't related to the computer. We can't have the same problem with this website only (and all of us don't live in Argentina)

I've been having the same problem over and over since July at random times in the day and were "solved" just connecting my Laptop to another WiFi network.

I have this same problem on another web page and I have temporarily solved by editing the hosts file in Windows entering the IP address of the domain and the domain. @Robby perhaps you want to try this and see if it works.
In my Windows 7 is something like C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
and the end of file insert
Code:
184.173.238.122 xenforo.com

@Robby I went through the exact same thing for my site almost a year ago. Very, very slow, and it seemed to only happen to me, every one else had no issues. I contacted my host and they advised me to run an MTR for 20 mins and send them the results. I downloaded WinMTR from winmtr.net, ran it for 20 mins and sent them the results. There was a latency in one of the hops, that caused numerous packet losses. They contacted the engineers where the problem was and they made a rerouting change. I had not had an issue since.

Dear all,

It indeed relates to Amsterdam. Please figure this one out, probably its terror related. It connected to me. In the past days, it was Cable and Wireless Cayman Islands and AMS. Communication of these attacks passes via Twitter then? I Don't use my Twitter often, but the ip is in the netsta the whole time. linkedIn as well. Can somebody help with a deep internet reasearch please?

Thanks, With kind regards,

Eva
