Enormous decrease in google indexed URLs

Been in Webmaster tools this morning. I've noticed a massive decrease from 120,000 to just 1000 indexed URLs, the drop off was quite dramatic and started in Jun and the graph line takes a 45 degree nose dive to today. Then when I look at my sitemaps they are not there, well there is one /forum/sitemap.php that was submitted in 2014. They were there last time I looked, which I admit was a Looong time ago  My xF sitemaps are checked to be sent automatically. Thinking about it we moved to https in May or June, would that have anything to do with it?

If I search for site:mywebsite.com . I only get around 51,000 results.

Don't worry about it.

Google only has 194,000 results for my forum, and it has 9 million posts and 431,778 threads (not the forum in my signature).

What you are describing is normal google behavior.
